The Capital Floor is an independent editorial title covering licensed land-based casino venues across London and the South East. We publish venue descriptions, contact details and our own reviews. We do not run a casino, hold a gambling licence, act as a travel agency, or handle payments of any kind for readers or venues.
Where you write to us through an enquiry or contact form, we receive the name and e-mail address you supply, the dates you are considering, the size of your party and any notes you add. Separately, our servers and analytics record technical details: IP address, browser type, and the pages opened during a visit.
Details submitted through a form are used to reply to that enquiry and to send the information asked for, and for nothing further. Technical records help us keep the site secure and show us which articles readers find useful, so that coverage can be improved. We never sell reader information to anybody.
A small number of essential cookies keep the site working as intended, and third-party analytics cookies may also be set to measure how pages perform. Any of these can be refused or removed through your browser settings; the reviews, listings and venue details remain fully readable if you choose to do so.
Enquiry submissions are held only for as long as the enquiry needs handling, and are then removed. You are entitled to ask what we hold about you, to have anything inaccurate corrected, or to have your record deleted; write to [email protected] and we will deal with the request promptly.
This publication is written for an adult audience of eighteen or older. We do not seek out or knowingly retain information about anyone below that age. If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent us details through a form, tell us and the record will be erased.
